Design Engineer

2 - 4 yrs in 3D CAD modeling and 2D drafting.
 
Proficiency in designing of Casting and Sheet metal components is essential, having experience in designing of Plastic components will be considered an added advantage.
 
Knowledge of fabrication & machining drawings is mandatory.
 
Must have good understanding of GD&T, welding methods along with symbols & drafting standards.

Design Engineer

3 to 5 years in seating / Sheet metal structure components Design Engg.

Must be proficient in 3D modelling & 2D drafting, GD&T.

Familiar with seat structure design and packaging & regulatory (AIS, ECE, FMVSS) & complete seat studies.

Knowledge of tolerance stack studies and preparing BOM using macros.

To follow design guidelines: stamping, welding, tube & wire.

Design Engineer

4 to 5 in Plastic product Design Engg & development with Mfgg & tooling feasibility, material selection.

Must be proficient to generate A-Surface & B-Side attachment features as per best practice.

Knowledge of plastic drawing creation with GD&T, Kinematics.

Design Engineer - AutoCAD

2 to 4years of experience in 2D drafting, GA / layout drawings with AutoCAD in bulk handling systems like stackers & conveyors.

Proficient in Mechanical Drawings, BOMs with strong knowledge of Drafting standards.

Genset Control Panel Design Engineer

2 to 4  Years of experience in design of Control panels of Genset & Engine Using AutoCAD software.

Knowledge of Genset controller programming, PLC logic, CAN communication, IoT RMS system configuration, Maintain Design Process such as DMP & ECN, MRM data, QMS documentations, APQP, DFMEA, Engine ECU, sensors, switches, actuators selection & validation testing.

Engine/Genset Cold start kit electrical part selection & validation testing. Electrical component selection i.e., Wires, Cables, MCB, Contactor, connectors, engine/Genset controller.

Design Engineer- Plastic (Home Appliances)

2 to 4 years of experience in Plastic & Sheetmetal components for Home Appliances or any other industry applications using Creo or anyother CAD S/w.

Should be good 3D/2D with GD & T, Tooling & Mfgg process knoweldge in plastic & sheetmetal components manufacturing.
