Analyze task requirements and apply engineering principles to create accurate 3D models and comprehensive 2D technical drawings.
Strong expertise in GD&T and ISO 8015 standards.
Apply DFM and DFA to streamline design, reduce costs, optimize manufacturing efficiency and simplify assembly.
Good knowledge of Materials selection & Mfg. Process for Product development.
8 to 12 Yrs in Design of Automotive Powertrain, IC Engine parts.Design, develop, and integrate engine powertrain subsystems, Engine Systems & Mechanics for current and future challenges.
Lead Assembly and tolerance stack-up analysis to ensure fit & functionDrive DFMEA, DVP&R, and design reviews; manage material approvals and changes
Must be Proficient with Mfg. Process - Casting, Forging, sheet‑metal & MachiningTechnical familiarity: Automotive fundamentals, Materials science, Manufacturing methodologies, and analytical calculation skills.
Comprehensive knowledge of GD&T and related drafting standards, ASME Y 14.5.Exposure of emerging propulsion systems, such as BEV and Hybrid-electric Powertrains will be an advantage.
Proficient in working with design teams and liaising seamlessly with cross-functional groups.

Proficient in handling ERN/ECN, supplier coordination and cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Quality, and Purchase teams.
Knowledge of pressure vessel design (IS, ASME, CE), induction motor selection, enclosures, and metallic fabrication adds strong technical advantage.
2 to 4 years ofexpertise in designing skid‑mounted modular packages, encompassing equipment layout, piping systems, structural skid framing, instrumentation, and cable tray integration.
Proficient in 3D CAD modeling and 2D drafting, detailing & BOM utilizing SolidWorks.
Support the modeling process and subsequent generation of fabrication drawings
Proficient in converting 2D drawings in AutoCAD/Creo/SolidWorks, drafting and subsequent assembly in CAD software for Industrial valves.
2- 4Yrs of Exp in Complete seating systems.
Hands-on experience with part modeling, drafting, assembly, and motion/kinematics applications in CATIA/NX.
Familiarity with Teamcenter.
