Experience    :  Minimum 5 Yrs Experience

• Execute CAD-based mechanical design and drafting (2D/3D) satellite and spaceborne Systems.
• Carry out layout studies to optimize system architecture,select suitable materials,and define testing procedures for    prototyping and preliminary design development.
• Develop detailed design specifications for components and assemblies, while ensuring thorough documentation of all mechanical design activities
• Support procurement, manufacturing, and testing processes for satellites and associated hardware through technical expertise and coordination.

2 to 5 Years of experience in the design and development of Engine (Genset) components utilizing Casting, Sheet metal, Machining techniques & Should have good knowledge of GD&T. 

 4-8 Years of experience in Product Design with exhaust systems or related experience.

This Product-oriented role utilizes engineering knowledge to optimize design concepts and specifications, considering application, cost, weight, performance, reliability, durability, manufacturing, assembly, and serviceability, while addressing cross-functional requirements to enhance corporate and customer requirements. 

Key Responsibilities

•   Lead Design Decision-Making and Execution, Negotiate with cross-functional and cross-discipline technical experts and senior-level designers.
•      Lead design decision-making in concept selection, optimization, and design specifications.
•      Implement processes like Critical Design Decisions, System Design and Validation Consideration Checklist, Design Review, and tools like iDFMEA, DVA, GD&T, ANSYS Workbench.
•      Deliver independent execution of work processes and systems while developing technology or product knowledge.
•      Lead development and improvement of work processes and systems across a functional discipline area.
•      Operate as a recognized specialist in a discipline or product area within the immediate team. 

 Skills

• Strong comprehension of exhaust system design principles and methodologies.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with automotive component testing and validation. 

5 - 8 years of experience in Mechanical components / system design in Earth Moving / Mining  Equipment Industry with:

Strong knowledge of engineering design, strength of materials, Expert in 3D CAD in Creo S/w, Good knowledge of GD&T, and Knowledge of design standards, manufacturing processes and engineering materials 

This position is responsible for Design & Development of Mech systems & components of Underground mining / Earth Moving Equipments with following responsibilities.

Design & develop different mechanical components / systems of Underground mining / Earth Moving products.

Perform engineering design calculations as required

Produce 3D CAD models, 2D drawings, general arrangement drawings, documentation schematics  & test reports as required.

Good knowledge of PDM / PLM systems associated with engineering release processes.

Work closely with divisions and engineering center on need basis

Prepare equipment specifications by mechanical datasheets, equipment description and sizing

Self-motivated concept developer and be able to adopt the best practices in industries

Should be able to handle the tasks independently with minimal guidance, follow internal project management system, ISO processes / procedures and standards

2 to 4 years of experience in 2D Drafing, Detailing  & BOM preparation.

More then 8 years of experience in Designing and developing different mechanical components / systems of Underground Mining Products. Produce 3D CAD models, 2D drawings, general arrangement drawings, documentation schematics, and test reports as required. Good knowledge of PDM / PLM systems associated with engineering release processes Strong knowledge of engineering design and strength of materials with good knowledge of GD&T

2 to 4  Yrs of experience in design of Control panels of Genset & Engine Using AutoCAD software. Knowledge of Genset controller programming, PLC logic, CAN communication, IoT RMS system configuration, Maintain Design Process such as DMP & ECN, MRM data, QMS documentations, APQP, DFMEA.  Engine ECU, sensors, switches, actuators selection & validation testing. Engine/Genset Cold start kit electrical part selection & validation testing. Electrical component selection i.e., Wires, Cables, MCB, Contactor, connectors, engine/Genset controller.

2 to 5 yrs eperience in core Recruitment / Talent Acquisition  in ITES, Engg & Mfg  Industry. 

2 to 4 years of experience in Plastic & Sheetmetal components for Home Appliances or any other industry applications using Creo or anyother CAD S/w.

Should be good 3D/2D with GD & T, Tooling & Mfgg process knoweldge in plastic & sheetmetal components mfgg.
